As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice supporting our clients. You’ll handle inquiries, provide policy information, and assist customers in navigating their insurance needs — all while ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and solution-focused.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication
• Resolve client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Support quote requests, policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processes
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
