Summit Motorsports Park team members have passion, and they have pride in knowing they are part of presenting an enjoyable experience for the 500,000 guests they welcome throughout the year.

Summit Motorsports Park, which has been named Track of the Year 22 times by the NHRA, NMCA and IHRA, is acclaimed for its action-packed events. It is also appreciated for its hospitality as well as its clean, comfortable, family-friendly environment.

Most team members are paid $14 per hour, and as part of Summit Motorsports Park’s popular Star Watch Rewards Program, which recognizes the efforts of team members, full-time team members who work more than 250 hours during the race season can earn one star for each full year of employment, and can receive a season pass! Part-time team members who work between 100 and 249 hours can earn a half-star for each year of employment. Stars accumulate for a host of rewards!
